This is the first chance I’ve had to blog since the new year. This is the busiest time of year for me since people come back from an eleven month eating binge. I’ll have more to post starting tomorrow. The photo to the left is the new addition to our home. Meet Wookie!
A newer client with chronic knee and hip pain said to me, "I do spinning, weight training, bootcamp, yoga, jogging...and now Pilates. I'll do whatever exercises you want me to do to get skinny, but I don't want to stop eating out. I like food too much." This site is dedicated to her and all food indulging fitness enthusiasts. May they wake up one morning and find joy in eating unsweetened Irish oatmeal.
