A newer client with chronic knee and hip pain said to me, "I do spinning, weight training, bootcamp, yoga, jogging...and now Pilates. I'll do whatever exercises you want me to do to get skinny, but I don't want to stop eating out. I like food too much." This site is dedicated to her and all food indulging fitness enthusiasts.
